    Jack's childhood home for sale

Jack's childhood home for sale Jack's childhood home in Neptune, New Jersey is up for bidding on eBay
Starting bid is $449,000 and at the time of writing there are no bids placed yet.

The 2,500-square foot home, located at 1410 Sixth Avenue, was built in 1926, has 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

    The seller states:
"According to the locals, Jack would wait eagerly every Saturday morning on the front steps for the first neighbor headed to the local movie theater and the afternoon matinee. Aside from the obvious history connection, it is a charming and stately home."

eBay spokesperson Catherine England said the online marketplace was unable to verify the validity of the residence.

"Due diligence is left strictly to both eBay buyers and sellers," England told Access Hollywood. "But if the sole reason someone is interested in buying this is because of the connection to Jack Nicholson, they should definitely ask the seller to provide documentation. If Jack Nicholson's representative sees it and it's not something Jack wants to lend his name to help it sell, he can ask us to remove it."

The auction ends November 18 and an Open House will be held Sunday October 29th 1-3pm.

Thanks to Sabrina D. for letting us know (sorry for the delay on placing the item).

Hey all thank you for posting! I have had local interest including a gentleman sending his offer to my attorney but he was interested in the size of the home not the history. He has a large family. I have had many drive by and look and 100+ people came to the open house. I also had Inside Edition film Wed. at 10am. I was glad to include my moms signed yearbook! She was Donna Newton and was in the Manasquan yearbook pic just above Jack's pic. Thank you again.
