Nicholson buys Brando's home
Nicholson has bought fellow legend Marlon Brando's old residence in Beverly Hills for the staggering sum of $5.5 million.
Nicholson was best friends with Brando, who starred opposite him in 1976 movie "The Missouri Breaks," and he was devastated when the 80-year-old movie icon died last June (04).
The pair were neighbors in Los Angeles for more than 30 years, so Nicholson believes he's the ideal person to buy Brando's property, which shares a hill-top with his own home overlooking Los Angeles.
