On February 24th, 2013, the Academy Award ceremony, well known as the Oscars, took place at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, California. It's the yearly gathering of everyone who is big and famous in Hollywood, eagerly trying to win one of the Oscar statues.

Jack did not attend the ceremony since 2008, but this year Jack was back and presented the Oscar for Best Picture. Jack had the privilege to hand over this Oscar to "Argo", a movie produced by Grant Heslov, Ben Affleck and George Clooney.

Jack Nicholson, himself, is a three-time Oscar winner and 12-time nominee. He won Best Actor at the 1976 ceremony for "One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest.", Best Supporting Actor at the 1984 ceremony for "Terms of Endearment", and Best Actor at the 1998 ceremony for "As Good As It Gets".

Big winner this year was "Life of Pi" (produced by Ang Lee) with 4 Oscars, followed by "Argo" with 3 Oscars, and "Lincoln" (produced by Steven Spielberg) with 2 Oscars.
Main winners of the 2013 ceremony:
Best Picture Winner: Argo (Grant Heslov, Ben Affleck, George Clooney)
Best Actor in a Leading Role Winner: Daniel Day-Lewis (Lincoln)
Best Actress in a Leading Role Winner: Jennifer Lawrence (Silver Linings Playbook)
Best Director Winner: Ang Lee (Life of Pi)

We have a brand new photo album with lots of pictures of Jack presenting the Best Picture Oscar, in the audience, backstage, and in the press room.
