    The Painted Turtle Golf Tournament The Inaugural Jack Nicholson & Rudy Durand Celebrity Golf Classic to benefit the Painted Turtle took place October 8th at Trump National Golf Course in Palos Verdes.
    Among the reported celebrities to play were Mark Wahlberg, James Caan, Adam Sandler, Samuel L. Jackson, Ray Romano and others.

    The Painted Turtle camps, a member of Paul Newman’s family of Hole in the Wall Camps for children with life-threatening illnesses such as Diabetes, Muscular Dystrophy and Haemophilia, provides a life-changing experience to children whose daily struggles due to serious illness often diminish both their desire to be well and their ability to lead a rich, productive life.
    The Painted Turtle provides this opportunity at no cost, making the camps accessible to children from lower socio-economic backgrounds.
